Fair Go for Jockeys

Jockey Chris munce convicted of wagering and tipping by Hong Kong officials was granted a Jockeys license by Racing Nsw within 12 days of being released from his shortened sentance at Silverwater Prison.

Jockey Glenn Lynch know better for his rides on Champion horses such as Gold Edition and Ice Chariot is still not riding after almost 12 months due to a suspension imposed by Qld racing. Lynch is now finally been cleared by Qld racing. Exonerated by Betchoice of the alleged debt.

Lynch was cleared over 3 weeks ago however still awaits even so much as an interview from Racing Nsw for application for his Jockeys license. Would he be in a better position if he had been guilty, or maybe he should ride for one of the NO1 training stables ,  there seems to be two sets of rules and neither of them clear. We are supposed to live in a democatric society however peoples lives are being controlled by one or two peoples power of position, with no standard or outlline of rules and certainly no responsible code of conduct being followed.
